LifeZona is built by one person. The privacy posture is meant to be honest and small. We collect what we need to run the product, nothing else, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Account data (email, sign-in identifier from Apple), the data you create in the app (capsules, notes, prayer logs, journal, conversations with Adam), device tokens for push, and basic analytics about how the app is used (page views, feature toggles). Conversations with Adam are stored on our servers so he can remember you across sessions.
How we use it
To run the app, sync your data across devices via PowerSync, deliver notifications, train Adam's memory of you, troubleshoot bugs, and bill you. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. We do not advertise.
Sub-processors
Apple (sign-in, IAP, push), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat (subscription state), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error tracking, with PII redaction), PostHog (product analytics, anonymized), Hostinger / Raspberry Pi (backend hosting), Vercel (web hosting). All listed providers are accessed under standard data-processing agreements.
Storage and security
Sessions are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Database is PostgreSQL with TLS-only connections. Sentry payloads are server-redacted before send. Backups are encrypted at rest. Your conversations with Adam never leave the server unless you ask.
Your rights
You can export your data, delete your account, and have us erase all related data at any time. Email us and we will action the request within 7 days. EU/UK/GCC residents have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / Saudi PDPL — those rights apply equally to all users.
Children and data deletion
LifeZona is not directed at children under 13. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. payment receipts kept for 7 years for tax compliance).
